In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days. Ground delivery generally arrives within 4–8 business days of shipment. Expedited options (2nd Day and Overnight) are available at checkout: orders placed before 12pm ET ship same day; orders after 12pm ET ship the next business day. Returns
Pendants and sconces may be returned prior to installation. In-store returns are subject to a $100 restocking fee, and our Large Woodstock Pendant is subject to a $200 restocking fee. Once a pendant or sconce has been installed, it cannot be returned. Professional installation is recommended. View our full return policy here.

Cleaning

  • Clean with a glass cleaner and a soft cloth.
  • Wipe gently; avoid abrasive materials that may scratch the surface.

What to Avoid

  • Avoid sudden temperature changes, which can cause fractures.
  • Do not place in direct sunlight; light refraction through glass can be a fire hazard.
